After Dec 31st only 50% refunds are available for tables and additional badges.
Setup begins at 8 am Friday, February 17, 2012. Tear down begins at 1 pm Sunday, February 19, 2012.
Tables not paid for by January 1st may be resold unless other prior arrangements are made.
Pre-registration forms must be received or postmarked by January 31, 2012.
