Due to an overwhelming number of requests for club tables we have been forced to implement an application process for clubs wishing to attend VISIONCON.
After your application is reviewed you will be provided with a web address where table(s) are available. From that page you will also be able to link to printable versions of the registration forms if you'd rather mail them than submit them online.

Club Table

Your club or organization can purchase a club table located in the hotel artrium. Here are the rules and restrictions on club tables.

Club/Organization tables are $45.00 each.
|
|
You can purchase a maximum of 2 tables.
|
|
Your club/organization gets 3 free weekend convention badges* for the first table only.
(Individual members will still be required to submit a pre-registration form, check the club box on the form and enter the name of the club to which (s)he belongs.) |

Additional weekend badges are available for club members at a discounted rate of $30.00 each*.

With the purchase of a Club/Organizational table you will receive a free 1/2 page ad in the Visioncon Convention Book. If you'd like to upgrade to a full page advertisement the cost of the advertisment will be $75.00 instead of the usual $150.00
(Maximum of 1 full page ad. Normal rules for advertisement submission apply) |
*All club members must be listed on a club membership form submitted by the club submitted by the club.

What is a Club?

In order to qualify as a club a group must meet 3 of the following criteria:

Verifiable membership
|
|
An active working internet website
|
|
Cannot operate as a business
|
|
Non-profit status
|
|
Include a charity aspect / or an educational component
|
Our primary charity this year is the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
We will also be donating to CARE Animal Rescue.
